Waited 5 months for a paint warranty claim they NEVER even submitted. They took more claims then they can handle and when I got fusterated upon waiting this long I was told they never even sent a claim through. Oh and when I brought my car in for service that same day they also closed their garage door on a customer car with them inside so be careful. Also their waiting room for service does not follow any social distancing, so make sure you arrange a place to go while your cars there. If I could give a 0/5 stars I would!

I had the best possible service and experience I could think of at Town + Country Volkswagen when I bought a used Volkswagen model. Simon Wong, the salesperson I was talking with, was incredibly receptive and helpful at every step of my purchasing journey.
I called the dealership minutes after they opened at 9AM, and Simon was knowledgeable and quick to give me every possible detail I asked for. On top of that, he went above and beyond to suggest ways to save more money by pointing me to seminars and rebates.
Ultimately, when I decided on short notice to come in and test drive the car, Simon was accommodating and scheduled me in within a few hours.
To this day, Simon is still very helpful answering quick questions and providing advice for the vehicle.
All in all, I loved the purchasing experience so much at Town + Country VW that I wholly recommend anyone interested in a new Volkswagen to give them a call or email.
Very outdated facility. Service was no more than ok - and I'm being generous.
I had booked an appointment online for 3:45pm. The day before, I sent 2 separate emails to 2 different people in service, with questions regarding my appointment - none responded.
When I got there, the gentleman was incredulous to the fact that I was even allowed to book an appointment for that time. I even had to help him find my appointment in their system. I was 15min late (which was one of my questions in my emails), so I couldn't argue. He did offer to reschedule the service to the very next morning, it was just not good enough to bring me back there.
I'd suggest, for customer satisfaction, confirm all your appointments beforehand, and be prepared to offer at least 2 alternatives, if necessary, so customers can choose. I guarantee they will all be happy to see that you are at least thinking about their needs.
I have never written reviews, this is my first one as I cannot leave without writing for their exceptional service by Alan Cheung and his manager.Alan Cheung made our shopping experience incredible,He is very transparent about the car details and what to expect in terms of pricing. He even offered advice on what I should and shouldn't do and how his suggestions would benefit me in the long run. He never pushed me to make the purchase and gave me space to talk with my family and make a good decision. We are incredibly happy we decided to purchase through this dealership and salesperson Alan. Although this purchase did not happen due to the availability and our requirement. I definitely recommend going to Alan Cheung for all your vehicle needs. I purchased my very first car 2 weeks ago from Town + Country Volkswagen! When I went in, I didn't have my heart set out on any car, but when I left, I knew I wouldn't be happy with any car other than my 2019 Jetta! Simon Wong was the sales associate who helped me out through my first car buying process and he was both professional and easy to talk to! He wasn't pushy and I came to the conclusion that I wanted this car all on my own. Pretty good as a dealership, although they never put my engine cover back after oil change. It took me a good month or two to notice that was the part missing in my engine bay.

Purchased a certified pre-owned Golf from Julia and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. She was organized, friendly and went at my pace. After visiting a few other used car dealerships, her professional and non-pushy nature was a breath of fresh air. Also purchased an extended warranty from the business manager Edward, who was helpful and fair with pricing. I LOVE the car and this was a 5-star experience through and through.
They do not give you any flexibility for pricing and financing. You have to obey what they say or quote. I told the sales representative that I am a serious buyer. I will complete all the paperwork and get the car tomorrow but no help with price. I will NOT go to this dealership for sure!

Used cars are not as advertised, when you go there you discover they have a reported accident on the carfax, and they didn't even bother to detail the car or just regular clean it, coffee stains all over. There used car manager wants to rip you off if trading in your car. I did research the the wholesale trade in value of my car to be surprised that he didn't even offer the lowest end of the wholesale value, he offered 50% of it and my car is in much much better shape than the one he was offering, he even did so without even looking at my car. be very careful when buying a used car from them, even when it say certified pre owned.
I recently bought a demo VW Atlas from this dealership. Simon Wong was my Sales Consultant, he did a fantastic job of explaining the features of the vehicle to me and was great with communicating with me throughout the process. I would definitely visit here again in the future.
Wanted to share my experience here and found it very disappointing. went into TC VW to inquire about a possible factory defect on my car. I am the 2nd owner but the vehicle was purchased originally at this location and all services were done here. asked the Service dept regarding the situation and was told that I have to speak to the sales manager Mike. the reception called for him and I waited for 30 min before I asked if Mike was still available. the receptionist then got up and found him 30 seconds later which was quite irritating. I explained the situation and was essentially told "if you think it's a defect, go email VW Canada and they will make a decision. Or go speak to the service dept again." But because Mike took so long to speak with me, the service dept was closed for the night, which annoyed me even more. there was no attempt to even find out any other information and nobody even bothered to come outside and look at the defect. I am aware that I did not purchase this vehicle at this dealership, but the service that I received here was frankly disappointing even for a walk-in customer. I will not be returning here for any further business and I would not recommend this dealership.

They tried to low-ball me on my trade-in. Was ready to sign a deal but they offered way below wholesale value. I guess they wanted it for free! My sales rep was super nice at first until the talks went south. The vehicle they were selling was clean and well taken care of but the whole experience in general was a waste of time and gas! Will not be back....
We brought a Jetta about 2 weeks ago from this location. Our sales person was Simon. Overall, the whole process and experience of getting this car was great. Liked one car online. Made the payment online to reserve the car. But changed the mind after test drive. Asked for refund and they took more than an hour to give refund. General Manager named ‘Kim Dombaravski’ don’t know how to behave with Customers. He was so rude when I asked for a refund.
Not recommended at all.

Bought my car there. Candice was really good and got me a great deal. The detailing service when I picked up the car had some minor issues which was eventually resolved by the dealership.
Husband went in yesterday to inquire about a part. Not only did the guy at the parts counter not help us, but he also seemed so irritated. Had to go to Dixie & 401 VW to check on the part. When they didn't have it there, the parts guy offered to check which location would so we wouldn't waste our time. That is good customer service. Here? Not so much.

I was on the hunt for a new vehicle for quite some time but just never really connected with any of the other dealerships I had gone to. When I contacted Town + Country I was directed to Joe.
As soon as we started chatting, I had a good feeling about where it would go. I went in with my mom (for back up), as I was nervous in potentially buying my first car. Joe was patient, warm, and kind, and throughout it all I never once felt uneasy about what I was getting myself into.
He was personable, honest and trusting. As much as I want my car to last forever, I wouldn't mind coming back again and having to work with Joe G.
Living over 3 hours away from the dealership I knew things were going to be difficult. But the car I was interested in was on the lot. It had everything I was looking for. When I called I was connected to Joe Galluzzi. I talked to him for a few minutes and expressed my concerns about living so far away. This guy... I tell you... fantastic salesman doesn’t even do him justice, he sent me detailed pictures of the two cars in question and was very straight forward and I knew I had to go see it. Made the trip on a Saturday and test drove the car and knew that was the one. Joe walked us through everything and it was a great experience. He truly is great at what he does. A week later and I picked up the car, drove it away with a smile on my face. I wish everyone/everywhere was this easy to do business with. As well, I only service my vehicle at T+C service center because Bart ALWAYS provides the best service. He takes the time to explain the work that has been done and keeps in constant communication during the service process. I trust Bart and his service team and they always return my vehicle in prime condition.

I purchased 2012 highline Tiguan from Eric Chan. It was for my wife's car. The first dealer shop gave me a lot of headaches and some lies. Went to TCVW, I was really picky with Eric to buy second Tiguan for my wife because of the horrible memory with previous dealershop. It was too much worry. I was really impressed with his works for me. He spent a lot his efforts such as keep updating the process and to fit my budget on the car with right rates etc. When I pick up the second Tiguan all paperworks are done clearly and perfectly. The best place to service your VW in the GTA !! I've been their client for the last 5 years (2 cars: a Tiguan and now a CC). They always receive and give you car back pretty quickly, and they have very capable technicians, as maintenance and repairs are done fast and with excellent quality. Staff is also very friendly and eager to help you and explain in detail the work to be done, specially Bart Giuca. 100% recommended.
Brought my car for an oil change and tire change over. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by Bart. He attended to me and made sure that I made it to work on time after dropping my car off.
