RedShift Recruiting is excited to be at the Siena College Career Expo on Monday, March 7 and Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in Loudonville, NY. A career expo is a great opportunity to learn about different companies, what they do, and the types of jobs they have available. Students can get a better understanding of the job market and learn what companies are hiring or will be in the future. Career expos and job fairs also provide opportunities to practice interviewing skills. Many people get nervous when they go on interviews, but practice will help you overcome this fear and become more comfortable and familiar with the process. Even if you aren't quite ready to enter the workforce, it’s never too soon to network with recruiters and hiring managers who can provide career advice and potentially inform you of new job openings in the future.
