Excellent in all areas. Scheduling, communication, and promptness were very good. Packing, loading, caring, and common sense were priorities for the team.
They were moving a friend's goods and I was preset to open storage and I was very pleased with Caleb and Thomas.

From the first contact this company was responsive, caring and great communicators! On packing day, Caleb and Thomas were punctual, pleasant and got everything moved and or wrapped efficiently. In this noisy world, their kindness and professionalism really helped calm the usual stress of moving! We are so grateful to both Caleb and Thomas and the follow-up by Tony, owner of 87 Movers. We wholeheartedly recommend this caring company!

Tracy, I wish you would have told the internet the whole story how you called for a same day move. I told you I would call my guys to see if they were available for that, but once you said you were shopping around I didn't see a need to call anymore. How could you leave a 1 star review when you did not business with us? If you don't understand numbers, we are simply $60 per man per hour. I'm not sure what was lost in translation, but I have never had a customer give us a 1 star review because we are weird. Don't you find that to be wrong? We only want to get reviews for people who have actually done business with us which you did not and I find that part weird.
Mar 16, 2023Previous reviewSo I requested a quote online and called later because I didn't get a response for the quote. No big deal there, but here is where things got weird. I received a call back from them. And the conversation started off normal. He asked me about my moving situation. I gave him the details and he gave me a quote that wasn't very understandable because he kept throwing around all these numbers. It wasn't making any sense. So I said, can you just give me the total amount based on my situation. It was still confusing. After a little more talking I let him know that I was going to still shop around. That's when he got weird and said I have a feeling if I call you back you're not going to answer the phone. And I was like what do mean by that. He said if I see if my guys are available and call you back in a half hour you're not going to answer the phone. I was soooo confused because I told him that I was still going to shop around but he made it seem like just because I was getting a quote from him, that for whatever reason, that it was binding or that we entered into some kind of agreement to definitely go with his company. It was so weird because I had just called another company right before this one and I did the same thing. Got a quote, let the person know I was still shopping around and the person from that company was cool with it. But this dude acted like we were in a relationship and I was cheating on him. I have never experienced that when trying to get a quote from a company. He was being so weird. Needless to say, I told him forget it I know for sure that I'm definitely NOT going with his company. This was at 8:57 Thursday March 16th. So whoever that was that called me back was weird.

I called Tony from 87 movers and he picked up a treadmill for me from the person I bought it from and brought to my house for a great price. It did not quite fit through my door so he removed the door and gently brought it in and set up for me. Great guy, great service, great price. I highly recommend him for any of your moving needs!! I called this company from the Bay Area for a move I needed done out in Henderson, not only did they get the job scheduled in a day they followed up with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company over and over again. Thank you all especially Tony he was very helpful.

This company moved my mom three months ago. They broke her adjustable bed in the process. It's been three months of excuses, and wrong part ordered, and lies. No one comes when they saw they will, very unreliable. Their "fix it" guy is unreliable and constantly makes excuses. We are going to pay an outside firm to do the repair and send them the bill. Unacceptable that an elderly women has to wait three months to sleep supported.

Hi Krys, I'm sorry your mom didn't get her bed fixed, and it wasn't without trying. As you mentioned the wrong part was ordered but that wasn't the intention to make her wait. Also we had gave it to a company called Top Handyman, so while I don't agree with getting a 1 star review for her move, I'm not sure why you didn't give equal treatment to that vendor and we have to absorb this bad review for the both of our companies. If there was something we could fix we could have come up with a solution that would make her happy but instead we spent time, money, and resources and still got 1 star, and I wish I knew why and how to change your mind to remove this.

Tony and his "boss" were great. Kept in touch and proactive if there were any scheduling issues. Small move across town and it went smoothly. The crew was friendly and did their job quickly. Wish them luck as a small local business.

JD T, if you are a real customer of ours, you would know we pride ourselves on transparency and value. There are NO hidden costs, ever. You hourly rate is clearly stated on the emailed quote, and a copy of said quote would have been emailed to you upon acceptance.
We are not exactly sure who you are as we meticulously checked all our records, phone logs, phone calls, emails, and any other form of communication you may have had with us, and we could not locate you anywhere in our system. You have not provided another name or invoice number. Is it that hard to provide the information I need if you are a real paying customer? This should be easy on your part as you claim you hired us for a job. This makes me conclude we've never done business together, making this negative review real hard to believe.
I'm sorry, but this is not the way to get re-hired with our company. Why would you blatantly lie to the Internet just because you weren't able to get what you want for working for us? You have my number and you can call when you are ready to man up and resolve this - because I saw good in you when we hired you, and I would hate to be proven wrong by having this 1 star review stick.Sep 8, 2022Previous reviewWhat a joke this moving company turned out to be. Quote a price and then more than double the night before. I would not recommend in any situation. Paying more is worth the cost. Don't put yourself in a place to have to stress the night before. Stay away from these movers. Very untrustworthy. The women in the office was beyond rude.

I would not even give these movers a 1 star. Let's start with the 1st appointment when the owner didn't even show up to give my estimate. When I called him he said he was busy and couldn't get to a scheduled appointment. That should have been my first clue. When he did show up I told him it would like 4 guys here. He said he thinks 3 was enough. I was running out of time to find someone else. The day of moving got pushed to the next day due to rain. Honestly that afternoon they could have done it. The day of only 2 guys show up. The owner Tony tells me that he is having staffing issues. I had no idea they only had 3 employees. I have this very heavy concrete dinning table. And sure enough my table got dropped in the pod. I didn't know the damage until 2 weeks later when it was unpacked. My table that is a restoration hardware brand new table got chipped. These movers did not wrap anything. They put a blanket over and under. I have moved several times in Las Vegas. And used different movers. If you are thinking of using them. Please do not. When I called the owner to tell him the most important piece of furniture that I have got chipped .. his response was what do you want me to do about it. Wow.. And he knew that from our 1st time meeting that I was worried about this table. You would think he would have made sure and had more than 2 guys there. It was way to heavy for just two guys.

Hi Kimberly White, we attempted to call you several times to address your 1 star review and also texted but there was no reply. It seems you may be upset about us which shows in the 1 star review you wrote, but I do want to address it here since I doubt you will pick up your phone or reply to me on those platforms. I have never said the words of "What do you want me to do about it?" I did acknowledge to you in January when you hired different movers to unload your containers that I don't think we damaged your table. You are a very blunt woman who knows what she wants, which is something I told you that I like as a quality in a person. I'm very certain with your personality, you would have reported to us that we damaged your table back in December when we had moved into the container. You had fabricated a story to me how there was a loud bang, you ran to your container, the driver of the container company saw and witnessed this, and then you call month later to tell us which is not congruent to the type of person I booked this move with. I tried to call you to thank you for telling me that I need to hire more people too, which I did. I thought you would be happy for me that we are providing jobs for people so they can support their families. I'm not someone who would hire a bunch of people only to have them work for a couple hours a week, so I consider hiring is a challenging thing with staffing shortage or not. When you booked us for your loadup last Fall, it isn't true that I only have 3 people work for me. That part was false, I told you I would never bring 5 people to load up (1) 16' container which was your request I offered 3 and unfortunately we had a call in on the day we can move you when we felt like it was safe since it rained the day of your scheduled move. Please don't forget that you were an hour late to your own move. How come this was not mentioned in your review about us? Leaving out details of a story can sway a reader's direction to fit your narrative - and we could have charged you for that but we did not. Again when confronted about damage about your table which I don't believe was caused by us I had told you that this isn't a valid claim. You begged for a resolution anyways which I replied "How am I supposed to do that?" Being stumped after I repeated your story back to you, it was at that time you told me you would be calling later. This is 6 months later, when will that talk happen? However, I'm not a perfect person and I would like to patch things up with you so that you would choose us next time. Since you omitted the part of the story that you were looking to have your job done in a certain amount of time under 8 hours (we did this in 5.5) your belongings were carefully stacked, I had the impression we were successful in this move and we took your payment when we were at the airport waiting to board back to Vegas. Your complaints were that we are short staffed, and with me not being available we rolled with the punches with a call in, had other jobs that needed to be performed, and we thought you were happy. I'm still open for talks and want to show you a better experience next time if you would have us - but again your home being very nice does not require 5 movers. 702-996-1787 option 1.

The BEST moving company we've had the pleasure of working with! My boyfriend & I have used this company twice now & can't begin to express how grateful we are for everything they have done for us! We moved from a 3rd story apartment to another 3rd story this time, it wasn't easy lugging heavy furniture & more up 4 flights of stairs but the guys that came to move us are beasts!
Thank you Tony & Cathy for your company & HUGE shout out to Jacob & Nilli, for the hard work that y'all put into our move this weekend!
