    Excellent jeweler! I purchased a Victorian Pearl ring in England and needed to get it resized. After making a few phone calls I choose Abercrombie to resize my ring. They did a perfect job! I also ended up purchasing a beautiful vintage Diamond ring while I was in their store. So, I ended up with 2 lovely vintage rings! Such a unique collection, great staff and excellent service!

    We have had such a great experience at Abercrombie. Not only is my ring beautiful and one of a kind, but they time and time again provide excellent service with cleaning and adjustments. We had to have my stone replaced on my engagement ring right before our wedding & Abercrombie took the care and consideration to make sure I had it back for our special day….They are top nothch!

    Amazing service at fair prices and knowledgeable staff! Repaired a ring with an adjustment for $200 when 2 other places said I needed to replace/rebuild areas of the ring for up to $1500! Great selection too!

    We are really saddened by our experience with Abercrombie. The engagement ring my fiance bought a year ago broke. We sent it to them to repair asking for them to put a new shank on it to give it more life and size it up. They did not apply a new shank and sized it down. I can no longer wear the ring and it now does not have enough metal in it to resize it. They defended their work rather than asking how they can make it right.       I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the repairs. We did reshank the ring as requested, and we approximated what size it needed to go to, seeing as we did not have you here to size your finger and were not given an exact size to size it to. We have been communicating with your fiancee how to rectify it.     As a completely clueless man trying to navigate the engagement ring process, the Abercrombie team were lifesavers.

    They guided me through the process of getting stones from one ring to put into a different ring, answered all of my questions and were always willing to pick up the phone. Jewelry can be intimidating — I'm so grateful I found the Abercrombie folks!
