Other responsibilities of .NET developers may include creating records or accurate documentation of application code and troubleshooting issues with existing software.

.NET developers need good communication skills and the ability to provide technical support and work with teammates on an individual level. .NET developer skills will also include a good understanding of programming, programming languages, and programming systems. The .NET developer works with predefined specifications and guidelines to design, write, implement, modify, install, support, and maintain software solutions and applications. The .NET developer must have a good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and the ability to demonstrate these skills.
